STANDARD RETURN POLICY
For items purchased at Hallowed Collection, all returns must be submitted within 30 days from when your order is fulfilled.
To be eligible for return, item(s) must be sent back in saleable condition.
Item(s) cannot be game/practice worn, and must be free of any odors or fragrances.
If item(s) do not fit these requirements, it will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
DOMESTIC U.S. ORDERS
All domestic orders placed on Hallowed Collection are eligible for return within 30 days from when your order is fulfilled.
Returns can be submitted through our online return portal.
Please allow 7-14 business days for all returns to be processed. If you prefer to ship back your item to us using a different shipping method, please contact Hallowed Collection customer service at hallowedcollection@gmail.com for return instructions.
SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
Standard processing time for orders is 5-7 business days for processing and dispatch. Orders placed after 10:00 AM (EST) may be processed on the following business day. Please note that processing and shipping times may increase during specific collection launches, holidays, and peak seasons. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify the shipping address or change the selected shipping method after checkout.
